Ingredients

  • 2 ozBlanco tequila
  • ½ ozLime juice, fresh
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 ozGrapefruit soda, Squirt, Jarritos, or Ting
  • Flaky salt, for the rim
  • Grapefruit slice, to garnish

Method

  1. Salt half the rim of a highball with flaky salt.

  2. Fill the glass with cubed ice.

  3. Add tequila, lime juice, and a small pinch of salt.

  4. Top with grapefruit soda.

  5. Stir once gently to combine.

  6. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit on the rim.
