- ¾ ozSweet vermouth, Carpano Antica
- 1 tspBénédictine D.O.M.
- 2 d.Peychaud's bitters
- 2 d.Angostura aromatic bitters
- —Lemon peel, to garnish
Method
Combine rye, cognac, vermouth, Bénédictine, and both bitters in a mixing glass with cracked ice.
Stir 30 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass over one large cube.
Express a lemon peel over the surface and drop it in.
