- 2 ozLondon dry gin
- 1 ozLemon juice, fresh
- ½ ozSimple syrup, 1:1
- —Club soda, to top
- —Lemon wheel and brandied cherry, to garnish
Method
Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker over cubed ice.
Shake briefly, 6 to 8 seconds — just to chill.
Strain into a Collins glass filled with cubed ice.
Top with cold club soda.
Stir once gently with a bar spoon.
Garnish with a lemon wheel and a brandied cherry on a pick.
