Ingredients

  • 1 ozLondon dry gin
  • 1 ozSuze (or other gentian apéritif)
  • 1 ozBianco vermouth
  • —Lemon peel, expressed

Method

  1. Combine in a mixing glass with a generous fill of ice.

  2. Stir for 25 seconds.

  3. Strain over a fresh large cube in a rocks glass.

  4. Express a lemon peel and drop it in.
