Ingredients
- 2 ozBlended scotch
- ¾ ozLemon juice, fresh
- ¾ ozHoney-ginger syrup
- ¼ ozIslay scotch (Laphroaig 10), as a float
- —Candied ginger, to garnish
Method
Combine blended scotch, lemon, and honey-ginger syrup in a shaker over ice.
Shake hard for 12 seconds.
Strain over fresh ice in a highball.
Float the Islay scotch over the back of a bar spoon.
Garnish with candied ginger.
