Ingredients

  • 1½ ozReposado tequila
  • ½ ozMezcal
  • 1 tspAgave nectar
  • 2 d.Angostura aromatic bitters
  • —Flamed orange peel

Method

  1. Combine tequila, mezcal, agave, and bitters in a mixing glass over ice.

  2. Stir for 25 seconds.

  3. Strain over a single large cube in a rocks glass.

  4. Flame an orange peel over the surface and drop it in.
