- ¾ ozCointreau, or Combier
- ¾ ozLillet Blanc
- ¾ ozLemon juice, fresh
- —Absinthe, for the rinse
Method
Rinse a chilled coupe with absinthe — pour a barspoon in, swirl, dump.
Combine gin, Cointreau, Lillet, and lemon juice in a shaker with cracked ice.
Shake hard for 10 seconds.
Double-strain into the prepared coupe.
