- ½ ozLemon juice, fresh
- ½ ozMaraschino liqueur, Luxardo
- ¼ ozCrème de violette, Rothman & Winter
- —Brandied cherry, to garnish
Method
Chill a coupe in the freezer.
Combine gin, lemon juice, maraschino, and crème de violette in a shaker over cubed ice.
Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
Double-strain into the chilled coupe.
Drop a brandied cherry to the bottom — it sits on the stem of the glass.
